Refund policy
We want to provide you with the best products and shopping experience. If you are not happy with your new product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We want to avoid unnecessary returns whenever possible, as they create additional emissions and contribute to environmental waste. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item.
14 day returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of placement of order at your costs, unused, undamaged and with the label on.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of us receiving returned items. We do not refund your freight costs and if your order did qualify for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within 14 days) and undergone a quality control.
Conditions for Returns
For a return or exchange, the products must meet these requirements:
• They must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging intact.
• The item(s) has no damage.
• Please make sure to send it back to us within 14-days.
Please note that we cannot accept used items for a change of mind. So we can re-sell an item, we want to ensure that the products are in unused condition.
Proof of Dispatch
If you decide to return goods, it's important to keep proof of dispatch. In case your item get lost during transit, you'll have evidence that you sent it. Remember, it's your responsibility to ensure the returned goods are well-packaged to prevent any damage during the return journey.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
All products are checked when packed for delivery. In case you receive a faulty product please advise us in writing with a photo attached within 7 days of receiving the items. We will arrange courier to collect and send you a new replacement (subject to stock availability) or you can also choose a refund.
