All goods sold by Cool Kiwi Kids Ltd are sold on the terms set out below. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. In these terms and conditions, references to “we”, “our” or “us” are references to Cool Kiwi Kids and references to “you” and “your” are references to the customer. Our Website attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description and representation of the products we sell. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We not make any representations or warranties as to the usefulness, completeness or accuracy of the content of this website. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

All goods will be subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

When access and Order from this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Any order you place will constitute an offer capable of acceptance by us. We will not be obliged to accept an order and we reserve the right to refuse an order without giving any reason. You may cancel an order at any time until confirmation of order. Once your order has been accepted by us this will constitute a binding contract for the supply of the goods or services on these terms of trade.

Pricing and payments

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices. Any purchases made on our website are charged through PayPal. No registration is necessary, a credit or debit card and your e-mail address are all that is required for a payment. You represent and warrant that the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete. You will pay all charges that you incur at the prices posted including shipping charges.

 Warranty

Should you require a warranty claim you must contact us as soon as possible. Goods subject to a warranty claim must be returned with prove of purchase. In the event of a Company’s manufacturer or supplier ceased to exist, in most cases the warranty cover will also cease. However, we will endeavor to fulfill warranty commitments at their best.

Change of Use

We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and are not be liable for any such change or removal.
