Delivery 

Your order will be packed and couriered on the following day of the payment received. Any orders which are placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the first working day. Your purchased items will be shipped with courier and you will receive a tracking number for your record. Most deliveries take 1-5 working days to complete.

We will not be liable for any failure to effect delivery of the whole or part of any order due to an event beyond our reasonable control. If delivery is delayed due to an event beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you promptly of the reason for such a delay and you agree to give us such an extension to effect delivery as is reasonable in the circumstances. We use a non-signature required service as standard and we will email you a tracking link when your parcel has been dispatched. If you require your parcel to be sent as Signature Required, please add a note “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” in the Order special instructions field  in the Shopping Cart. This means, regardless if you have signed an ATL (authority to leave), you will need to be at home to sign for your parcel and if you are not home, you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company
